HVAC TECHNICIAN

Duties and Responsibilities

– Facilitates and performs the construction, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
– Maintains the functionality of various air quality systems
– Ensures all systems adhere to health and safety standards
– Complies with service standards, work instructions, and company requirements

Qualifications

– Knowledge and 3+ years of proven experience on the construction, maintenance processes, methods, and supplies related to air quality systems
– Understanding of advanced principles of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
– Manage time and resources efficiently
– Ability to spot concerns and immediately perform solutions
– Ability to work in confined spaces
